WHO CAN ADVERTISE WITH US?

You must be above the age of 18 to advertise your Services and upload Content on the Website. Individuals under the age of 18 must not view, access, or use the Website.

We reserve the right to delete Profiles and Content of individuals under the age of 18 without notice.

HOW DO YOU ADVERTISE WITH US?

You must apply to us for verification and obtain verified status prior to advertising your Services or uploading any Content to the Website. Once your application is verified, your profile will become visible to Clients.

To apply for advertising your Services and uploading Content, you must visit and provide us with the following information:

• Working name;
• Email;
• Password;
• Gender; and
• Advertising category.

Upon submission of the requested information, you will be granted access to the member portal and may begin the verification process. Once all required details - such as personal information, photographs, Services, social media handles, and other relevant Content - have been uploaded, your profile will be submitted for verification.

Please allow up to four (4) business days for your profile to be reviewed. This timeframe is an estimate and may be subject to delays.

If any issues arise, or if your profile is not verified for any reason, you will be notified via email and provided with an opportunity to revise your submission and resubmit it for further consideration.

We reserve the right to reject your profile for any reason, and we shall not be liable to you for any loss, damage, cost, or expense incurred as a result of such rejection.

You are solely responsible for the security and protection of your account details, including your username and password. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur on and under your account.

WHAT SUBSCRIPTION TIERS ARE AVAILABLE?

There are three tiers of subscriptions, with various functionalities, as follows:

Yes. As part of our website launch, we have decided to offer subscription to all tiers for free, and you may select a tier of your choice. CAN YOU PAUSE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION?

At this time, this facility is not available on the Website. However, this feature may be introduced in the future, and you'll be notified via email once it becomes available.

CAN YOU HIDE YOUR PROFILE?

If you do not wish for your profile to appear on the main feed of the Website, you can set your profile to 'private' within the portal.

CAN YOU PROMOTE OR 'BUMP' YOUR PROFILE?

At this time, promoting your profile by boosting its position on the main feed using advertising credits is not available. However, this feature may be introduced in the future, and you'll be notified via email once it becomes available.

HOW CAN YOU ACCESS THE FORUM?

Access to the Forum is restricted to users who are registered with us as Advertisers. You may access the Forum using your existing website login credentials; there is no need to create a separate account or complete an additional registration process.

The Forum is intended for community engagement and is subject to moderation.

You are required to comply with the Forum rules and these Terms. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to revoke your access to the Forum if you are found to be in breach of the Forum rules or these Terms.

You must exercise sound judgment before sharing any information, uploading posts, or posting replies. Please note that all posts, contributions, and interactions are generally visible to other members of the Forum. You must not share any sensitive personal information under any circumstances.

Should this fail, the dispute will be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Act 1984 (VIC). Each party will bear its own legal costs and other costs in relation to any arbitration.
